Year 1 – Comparing Cold Climates

Writing Club
Writing club have started writing their stories. Over the past few weeks they have created characters, developed settings, planned out their story and now it’s time to write. It’s been wonderful to see their creative ideas. We can’t wait to read them!
Year 5 Science
Year 5 explored air resistance today and investigated which paper spinner fell the slowest. They had to think about what a fair test was and record their results accurately. Everyone had lots of fun!
Science: Shadows Investigation
Year 6 have continued their Light unit in science, learning about how shadows can change in size through changing the distance between the object ad light source. The children were independent in setting up their investigations and showed great teamwork.
Year 3 Cathedral Trip
Today, children in Year 3 visited Norwich Cathedral to learn about Advent and the Christmas Story. They talked about Advent meaning ‘getting ready’ and all the things we do to get ready for Christmas.
